How COVID-19 is Changing Business Culture
It’s been a long time coming.
But we’re heating things up at Team Guide and our next campaign season is coming up!
It’s going to be a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE season for us.
With that said, I want to take a few steps back and share what I have been learning as a Chairman and CEO.
✨ COVID-19 has changed how people perceive healthcare, employee experience, and remote work.
✨ In addition, COVID-19, has also created new opportunities for innovation. For example, we’re having broader cultural conversations on affordable healthcare and personalized healthcare.
✨ Lastly, COVID-19, has caused restaurants, service providers, and anyone who owns a business to build a business that’s digital and physical.
What some call a
A business that has a strong online presence
and offline presence.
Physical and digital are important.
Thinking omni-channel and physical is important, not just digital.
For example, traditional (physical) art is becoming just as valuable if not more due to the hyper-sensitization around Non-Fungible Tokens and ...memes...lol. It's weird. I know.
You need to have a direct
relationship with your customers.
Online and offline.
COVID-19 is forcing the best companies to think holistic about their business and customer value proposition, in my opinion.
What do you think? Would love your thoughts.
